Services

Virelix Technologies provides custom software development, consulting, and related technology services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project are defined in a separate agreement between Virelix Technologies and the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom software developed by Virelix Technologies for a client is the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Virelix Technologies retains rights to any pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used in development.

Limitation of Liability

Virelix Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
